Refund policy

At Golf Tramp, we want our customers to be happy with their purchase. We sell both pre-owned and new golf equipment, and we do our best to describe every item accurately, including its condition, specification and any noticeable marks or signs of use.

Returns

We accept returns on items purchased from golftramp.co.uk.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have notified us that you wish to return an item, you must return it to us within a further 14 days.

Returned items must be sent back in the same condition as received. This means:

  • New items must be unused, undamaged and returned with any original packaging, tags or accessories where supplied.
  • Pre-owned items must be returned in the same condition as they were supplied, with no additional marks, damage, alterations or signs of further use.
  • Any accessories, headcovers, adjustment tools or extras included with the item must also be returned.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is packaged securely for return.

Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as GolfTramp cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund using the original payment method.

Refunds will usually be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

If an item is returned damaged, incomplete, used beyond reasonable inspection, or not in the same condition as supplied, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect any loss in value.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where relevant.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a refund, replacement or repair where available.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered where suitable stock is available. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued instead.
