At Golf Tramp, we aim to dispatch orders quickly and securely so that your golf equipment reaches you as soon as possible.

1. Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 12:00pm on a working day will be dispatched the same day wherever possible.

Orders placed after 12:00pm on a working day will be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders placed at any time during a weekend or on a public holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Delivery Service

All items are shipped using a 24-hour delivery service where possible.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin from the point of dispatch, not from the time the order is placed.

3. Outlying Areas and Islands

Some outlying locations, remote areas and islands may not be eligible for a 24-hour delivery service.

For these locations, delivery may be made using a 48–72 hour service, depending on courier availability and the delivery address.

This may include, but is not limited to, parts of the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and other remote UK locations.

4. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly and use reliable courier services, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Golf Tramp cannot be held liable for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, customs processes, incorrect delivery details, failed delivery attempts or any other circumstances outside our control.

5. Tracking

Where tracking information is available, this will be provided to the customer once the order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and arranging collection or redelivery where required by the courier.

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a full and accurate delivery address at the time of purchase.

Golf Tramp cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

7. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and item before use, and contact us as soon as possible.

We may require photographs and delivery information in order to raise a claim with the courier.
